Giger Escapades

As several family members have informed me, I am VERY overdue on posting pictures!! I will do this in two separate posts because I have so many pictures. We had a wonderful first Thanksgiving and Christmas with Analise. For Thanksgiving, we traveled down to Nana and Grandpa's in Mississippi, also taking a quick day-trip over to Monroe so that Analise could meet her great-Mamaw and great-Papaw (as well as her band grandparents!) for the first time. She also got to meet her Uncle Chris, Aunt Lisa, and cousins Jared, Brett and Jason. Christmas was in Springfield where she was spoiled by Grammy and Granddaddy, Uncle Mike and Aunt Kristina, and Uncle Dan and Aunt Marnie. We had a few rough days when we got back as Analise realized that Mommy was NOT going to hold her every moment of every day!! Analise learned to roll from her back to her tummy, then from her tummy to her back, she is now able to sit up on her own (although she still topples over if she gets too excited!), and we started solids. The pictures of her first solids will be on the next post. On with the pictures!

We thought this particularly appropriate, since Analise spent 2 out of the 4 weeks of her 5th month traveling!!
