Petit Jean 2010

Petit Jean was a little strange this year without Gram and Papa, Mike, Kristina and Ethan, but we still managed to have a lot of fun and eat a lot. Come to think of it, we all probably were able to eat quite a bit more without Mike there... Our weekend consisted of the usual smorgasbord of food, games, laughing, food, hiking, worship, and food. This may have been our last time doing this weekend at Petit Jean, so it was a little bittersweet, especially without two of the five families. Dan and I lead the singing part of our worship and Dad talked about the seasons of life that come and go. "There is a time for everything, and a season for every activity under heaven." We all look forward to that day when we are all together forever with no more weeping. Enjoy the pictures!

We stopped in Searcy on Thursday and got to introduce Grandmother to her newest great-granddaughter!

The falls weren't much this year, but the colors were some of the best we've ever seen. Thanks, God!
Ahem.

Hanging out.

Exciting games!

Analise discovered the playground this year.

Both Daniel and I had kids to carry on this year's hike down to the falls!
