Festival of Trees and Thanksgiving

The weekend before Thanksgiving, we made a day-trip to Springfield and joined my parents for the Festival of Trees. We saw some beautiful trees...and some strange ones! Analise loved riding the train and got to ride it twice. We enjoyed getting to spend just a little time with my parents.

Listening to the live music.
Analise and I did a Thanksgiving craft! I felt like such a mommy. These are all the things that she named for which she wanted to tell God "thank you". She really did come up with them all on her own!
We headed to Mississippi for Thanksgiving this year. With two little ones, it became an 11 hour trip, but the girls did so well. They really only fussed for about the last hour and a half or so. I'll take it! I'm so grateful to have good travelers.

Daniel's brother and his family got to meet Natalie for the first time.

Daniel's Mamaw and Papaw also got to meet Natalie for the first time.

The Giger clan.
Plus in-laws! :-)
