Our Retreat

Our little retreat was wonderful! It was so nice to get away for a few days and have some really good "just us time". I think the time was especially precious, knowing that we will soon be adding a third to our family! We are, of course, so happy and excited about our new little one, but it does make time that we have together a little more special right now. We had beautiful weather...sunny and in the 50's. We played games, went on hikes (or walks, depending on how protective of me you are feeling!), grilled out (the first of the season), relaxed together in front of the fireplace, and just enjoyed each other. And the grilling...who knew so much fun could be had with lighter fluid. Well, my brother Dan knew, I suppose!
